Completion of IHT400 and Grant only Probate application
2% of gross estate, with a minimum charge of £2,750 plus VAT of £550 plus disbursements* or
£315 plus VAT of £63 per hour
At 2% if the gross estate is worth £350,000.00 then the charge would be £7,000 plus VAT of £1,400 plus disbursements*
3% of gross estate with a minimum charge of £3,750 plus VAT of £750 plus disbursements* or £315 plus VAT of £63 per hour
At 3% if the gross estate is worth £350,000.00 then the charge would be £10,500 plus VAT of £2,100 plus disbursements*
£1,800 (£1,500 plus VAT at 20%) plus disbursements*
£378 per hour (£315 plus VAT at 20%) plus disbursements*
*Disbursements are expenses paid out by us on your behalf when dealing with a matter
