We have broken down our charges for the areas below to give you an indication of the fees we would charge for our work.

In addition to legal fees you will also be charged for what are known as disbursements which are expenses which we pay out on your behalf in dealing with your matter. These include for example search fees, HM Land Registry fees, court fees, indemnity insurance charges.
Legal fees
For any matter we also charge where appropriate:
£48 (£40 plus VAT at 20%) for each bank transfer
£30 (£25 plus VAT at 20%) for each electronic identification and verification check
