Joanna joined the firm in 2021 after graduating from university with a first class honours degree and integrated Master of Laws. Joanna completed the Legal Practice Course alongside her Masters degree prior to joining the firm and started her training contract in November 2022, with a view to gaining experience across all areas of the firm before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024.

Joanna has previous experience in Civil Litigation, particularly dealing with welfare matters. She has worked mainly in our Private Client team but has some knowledge of Residential Conveyancing in which she uses these skills to assist the conveyancing department and will add to her experience over the course of her training.

 

Joanna enjoys all things fitness, travelling and walking her dog in the countryside. Joanna is a committee member of the Harrogate and North Yorkshire Junior Lawyers Division and hopes to use her role to support Junior lawyers through organising events and providing networking opportunities.
