This is a summary of the Diversity Data which we collect regularly and report to the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.  As we are a small organisation we have chosen to present the data for our whole organisation rather than break it down by job title to protect the anonymity of our staff.  Staff can choose to respond to the survey and this breakdown only represents those who chose to respond which was 33 out of a total of 50 staff.
