Angela works as a Licensed Conveyancer at our Bedale Office and specialises in the legal aspect of buying and selling property and land. 

 

She joined Eccles Heddon in 1993 and has worked on a wide range of residential property related matters and has accumulated considerable knowledge dealing with sales and purchases, leaseholds, first registrations and the help to buy scheme. She enjoys dealing with the complexities of unregistered land and adverse possession. Angela understands the need to provide a friendly and approachable service in what can be a stressful time for clients in residential transactions.

 

Away from the office, Angela comes from an agricultural family and can be found looking after her flock of mule and zwartbles breeding sheep.
